In 2020, due to the spread of the COVID-19 around the world, IECHO has to terminate onsite activities around the world. Dozens of exhibitions are cancelled or delayed. Customers cannot meet the needs of on-site installation of machines. IECHO, like all companies, is facing The huge test is also adapting to the background of this new era. Online exhibitions, remote installation, YouTube and Facebook social media operations, new website production, a series of measures are IECHO's measures to deal with the severe situation, and hope to maintain the quality and efficiency of IECHO's services as always. After suspending all global onsite activities for one year, IECHO restarted its onsite installation service in April and went to Mexico, 8,000 miles away, to provide customers with high-quality services.

After a journey of more than 30 hours, our technical director Leo arrived in Mexico. After a short break after landing, Leo went directly to the customer’s factory to test the parameters of the machine and adjust the error of the bench panel. On the second day, we tried cutting various materials for customers, and gave answers demonstrations and trainings to the forty questions listed by the customers. At present, the machine is operating normally, and the cutting effect is satisfied with customers. Due to the short training time, considering that the customer is not familiar with the machine, let the customer practice more with the machine first, and if it needs to continue training, we will provide customer support as soon as possible.

One year has passed since the last onsite service abroad. IECHO still maintains its professionalism and solves problems for customers. After finishing work, Leo returned to the hotel to rest, and rushed to the airport early the next morning to take a flight to Mexico Cityto start a new round of work.
